The Woodstock Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program is designed for low income homeowners and landlords with low income tenants to address safety and public health code violations, as well as for necessary house repairs. These loans can be used for septic system repairs, radon removal, roofing and siding, structural deficiencies, replacement windows, plumbing, electrical and heating systems. These rehab projects cannot exceed $25,000 and the applicant must be within the income guidelines and also be current on town taxes.
