Inland Wetlands

MISSION:  The Woodstock Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Woodstock was established in accordance with an ordinance adopted in 1971, and shall implement the purposes and provisions of these regulations and the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act in the Town of Woodstock.  The Agency shall enforce the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and shall issue, with terms, conditions, limitations or modifications, or deny permits for all regulated activities in the Town of Woodstock pursuant to sections 22a-36 to 22a-45, inclusive, of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended.
